Joe Manchin Yes 52 to 48

Markowski abstention 51 to 48

If Steve Daines doesn’t make the vote because of his daughter’s wedding it’s 50 to 48 that’s not a tie so pence can’t vote and we need 51 to confirm .

It mostly hinges on Steve Daines and from what I’ve read and I don’t think it’s a sure thing that he will make it .

If all of that comes together I see a postponement of the vote today .

I have searched but I can’t come up with a time for his daughter‘s wedding. Has anyone else had any luck on that issue ?
