It's just a matter of definition as always, what's called magic is just the focus and intention of consciousness energy.

I imagine a time in history, before we were created and when
the Universe was much younger say, 4 or 5 billion years ago, a
very different place indeed. As the matter present in the space
expanded and forces were shaping the galaxies,
life wasn't yet begun in our location and there wasn't knowledge
of consciousness or a soul.

When sentient life began questions of the conscious state and the
soul were asked. When life began the code of life must have in it
the description to create the presence of being aware and if we
go anywhere meaningful when we die.

There was a built in knowledge in us in the beginning.
