Looks like they are taking a first floor vote. This is just a day after the Democrats and Republicans had a chance to review Kavanaugh's speedy FBI investigation. I wasn't expecting this vote until Saturday. But here we have it folks.



If Kavanaugh is confirmed I expect a left wing melt down that will remind us of the 2016 election.

She is saying if something is alleged against a nominee then they must be disqualified. Assumed Guilty.

Not formally.

Since no formal legal complaint has ever been filed (and we all know why), he can't be formally cleared by a real investigation.

It's a neat little technical point, and expect them to use it no matter how this goes because they've all promised to impeach.
