The point isn't about plans changing, it is about someone (Q) guessing wrong because they didn't have access to the details.

He thought because Trump had said something it was going to happen but if he had been a real insider he would have known it wasn't a done deal and would have waited until knowing for sure.

You are conflating blood rituals with adrenochrome. Hunter S. Thompson didn't write about blood rituals in Fear and Loathing in Las Vagas. The clinical trials done with adrenochrome where not part of a blood ritual.

People have claimed that this particular substance is a powerful drug and the truth is that it isn't.

Sadistic people exist and they get a rush from hurting others that has nothing to do with the adrenochrome or any other substance in the victims blood. You don't need to try to tie their actions to some secret component of blood to say that their actions are not right.

There are plenty of eye witnesses to blood ritual sacrifice who state torture is used to increase adrenaline in blood ritual sacrifices.

Perhaps it works perhaps it doesn't.

Have scientific studies been done to test it? Probably. Easy to find? Probably not. Does testing info on the internet accurately convey the truth?

Regardless torture and fear are used in these rituals because it is believed, for centuries, to be the case.

So if there were a powerful sect doing these things secretly might they try to not have evidence of it's true nature published all around? I'm guessing so.
