I agree with your three nests but I would add Connecticut and Portland.

Research on Connecticut showed a politically connected and corrupt CPS. And Portland has a sex abuse network that reaches to local government.

Satisfaction will only come if this DOJ outs and prosecutes them. Then we will know change is happening.

I may be wrong on my first assumption, but also maybe not. There are so many active versions of Anroid OS out there that what I pointed out may or may not be a charging symbol. Looking at pics of other phones I see that the charging symblo is actually insie the battery symbol. But I digress.

I'm not sure if there is a good way to tell if it's being manipulated short of a trusted archiving site. Maybe Waybackmachine would reveal what the page looked like say a year ago or so.
