Thanks for the compliment, knoxie. The security terminology is "anticipating possible activities in advance". Based on how Democrats think, it's a very REAL threat between now and election day.

I assumed POTUS expects deep state to try to start a war with new nuclear missile strikes - so he is levelling the playing field... Antarctic base? Preemptive strike. Rothschilds order a strike? Localised destruction of black forest. Iran fires nukes in middle east? Low yield nukes take out CIA bases and nuke factories there?

Air, I postulated at the time that the agreement is probably legally dead - the USSR no longer exists in the form the agreement was signed. There is ZERO chance it is removed so we can nuke the hell out of the world as the sky is falling folks claim. My guess is it will be replaced by a far more overarching agreement, possible including the nations who have nukes but claim the do not.

Peace with NK would suggest peace with all is the point.
