I don't know about that. I'm skeptical of those who claim they've received prophecy in these times, not because I don't believe it exists, but because I don't believe this is precisely how God works.
Stuff like SCOTUS are ours to make or unmake. It's to us to be righteous with it or not. God very seldom moves specially in events now, and the next time he moves openly most people will be wishing He hadn't.
As to how I choose where to place my support? I look at which candidate is least likely to be hostile and support policies hostile to me living life according to my faith. If I can't have a Godly man or woman, then I need one who won't be hostile to me in my personal quest to try to be a Godly/worthy/good as I can, and it's plenty clear there are forces at work that want to dictate what is considered acceptable morality and faith for a person to have and to live.

Re Q Post #2347 on qntmpkts.keybase.pub - "REDOCTOBER2.jpg"
I've investigated the Flags on the submarine in the picture:
As far as I can tell, these are:
NOT Country Flags
NOT International Maritime Signals
However, the first flag IS almost a REVERSE of the UNION JACK:
It has a RED background instead of BLUE
It has a WHITE + instead of a RED + with white border
It has a BLUE X with WHITE border instead of a RED X with WHITE border
It has the X on top of the + obscuring it instead of the + obscuring the X
The second flag is almost the reverse of the SCOTTISH flag (St. Andrew's cross or Saltire):
It has a WHITE background instead of BLUE
It has a BLUE X instead of WHITE
I think these flags denote the Deep State Armed Forces!
Worth noting also that the US had a submarine base in Holy Loch in Scotland.

I'm still blown away that when President Trump says he is helping Americans "take our country back", HE MEANS IT. Every single action he has taken, via Congress, or by Executive Order, has been solidly PRO AMERICAN CITIZEN. It's like he's been planning his moves, and taking into account moves the "enemy" would make...for decades.

Q
K-329 Severodvinsk went on her first voyage in September 2011 in order to conduct sea trials.[28] On 9 November 2011 Russia signed a contract for 4 Yasen-class submarines to be delivered by 2016.[29] On 26 July 2013 the third submarine, Novosibirsk, was laid down. On 30 December 2013 the first submarine, Severodvinsk, was handed over to the Russian Navy. The flag-raising ceremony was held on 17 June 2014 marking its introduction into the Russian Navy.[
Severodvinsk is an inspectable SLBM facility under the START-1 agreement. It is one of two SLBM loading facilities -- the other is located at Okol'naya. The United States and the Soviet Union signed the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (START) on 31 July 1991. When START entered into force on 05 December 1994, the signatories began to implement the Treaty's complex set of intrusive inspection and verification measures. As part of START's verification provisions, each signatory was required to declare all facilities related to ICBMs, submarine-launched ballistic missiles (SLBMs), and heavy bombers. The former Soviet Union (FSU) has declared over five dozen START-inspectable sites in all categories, including five SLBM facilities and six submarine facilities
