The BBC has just started reporting the China motherboard hardware hack to Apple and Amazon Web Services, though it's not yet up on the website.

A LOT of large European businesses use Amazon Web Services. Any publicly listed ones of them with a risk or security VP are likely to have to move their IT away from Amazon or they could be deemed negligent by shareholders!

I can't see how he can unload on Senators until the weekend's Kavanaugh vote has taken place?

Which makes me think, is it practical to lock up any senators before the midterms? Would doing so now make the Senate Non-quorate?

That was one of the most disturbing " Twilight Zone " episodes ever !! Sometimes it feels like we are dealing with an army of spoiled brats ( some in their 70's & 80's ! ) with too much power ! What made that episode so creepy was that it made you think, Why doesn't anyone just kill that little tyrant ? Then you feel bad for thinking such a thing, he's a kid, possibly capable of maturing, lol, not sending all the dog's to the corn field !

Unfortunately, for too long, our good nature has allowed us to give the benefit of the doubt to Dangerous and Unscrupulous people and that needs to END.

Don't get me wrong. It's not that I don't think something will ever happen, but it's more like I treat it like the Biblical Apocalypse - it'll happen when it happens. But it will take it's own sweet time and it's on another timetable than our own.

Because of that, I've stopped acting like I know when I'm going to wake up and open presents on Christmas morning. Instead, I just watch this thread and learn, listen and wait.

Whatever happens will come on it's own time and none of mine.
