I think she's Ford's longtime buddy that Ford coached on taking a polygraph when she applied for a job at FBI back in late 80's. Seems she is also a hard core supporter of the " Resistance " or more accurately the " Treasonous Obstruction Club of Fools "

The dms are just him saying they have an ex fbi agent on staff so the person messaging should feel confident their case will be handled discretely. People are saying it is her.
