I learned a lot from this thread. The organization has nothing o do with any government agency , but the new word for the day, Demorat is interesting. I had to look it up. Demorat: Is a Liberal who seeks to thwart the democratic process thru nefarious means.

What?! The National Clean Up-Paint Up-Fix Up Bureau is as serious as a heart attack. They have access to movie cameras, nuclear warheads, USDA paint stockpiles, chicken wire, crumpled up newspapers to put under the chicken wire, and small children. For reals!
