Perhaps the term "angels" is broadly used by ancient Jews that it become misleading. I would prefer "the elect one" who cant sin, and the "fallen one" who remain sinned forever without any opportunity to repent and return to the presence of God in heaven.Text

Ancient Jews were not the first to write about angels. Angels were noted long before Jews were known. Elect one who cannot sin is not in Hebrew or Christian bibles. All angels have the same choice to sin or not sin and some have sinned and some have not sinned against their Creator who is known as the "Word." The kings list does show the angels who were cast out of heaven to this earth.

You still havent answer my questions, if sin is punishable by death, then why is Satan still living?

There are two deaths. One death is for the terrestrial creation and the other death is for the spiritual creation. Satan's are celestial substances and will eventually face their deaths in the end of this creation. Nevertheless, all of creation that sins without repenting will face destruction.

Like I said, perhaps the term angels is misappropriated by ancient Hebrews. Perhaps they should sticks to "the elect one" and "the fallen one" instead of grouping them together as the "sons of god". You know Jews had very bad habit to honor someone. They even called their judge and jury as "god", while their rabbi as "son of god", which we know cannot be taken literally.

Elect one would only apply to one just as fallen one would apply to only one. I'm quite sure there were more than one that fell and more than one that did not fall. Before sin was introduced all of the celestial host were sons of God and all rejoiced in the beginning of creation. [book of Job] -- Even after the Satan sinned, he was calle4d a son of God. But the created sons of God were not begotten of God. They were created by the "Word" of God. Only the "Word" was begotten by
the Spirit God and the "Word" created the sons of God.
