So the Catholic Church runs schools , 45000 secondary schools and 95000 primary schools throughout the world .

If there were only 10 pupils at each school , 1300 000 x 10 = 1 300 000 pupils at risk

from dangerous religious bigots who defer to the Pope as an absolute monarch

Since there are more likely over 100 pupils at each school , we're now talking 13 million (13 000 000) children that remain at risk

from vile offenders being protected by the Papal hierarchy which the children also must defer to .

Since on average the schools contain over 200 pupils each , we're now at over 26 million (26 000 000) children that remain at risk

from archaic lunatics who still see nothing wrong with the insanity they are propounding , on behalf of a murderous institution which employs sick perverts throughout it's ranks

Perhaps one of the worst things about these facts , is that while normal adherents are able to leave the church ,

ALL these children are subject to being forced to put up with this disgusting organisation ,

and at the same time( at least five days out of seven)

they are subject to individual arbitrary disciplinary hearings in the absence of their parents,

by staff who definitely do wish to single them out for the purposes of severe abuse behind closed doors.

They are taught to expect corporal punishments or similar abuse for non-compliance with Catholic School Rules

In order to have faith in the message of Christ, you have to believe that what He taught was true, and you can't actually have faith in that without believing He meant what He said ... all of it, meaning your actions as well as everything else.

There is that bit where He talks about how those who cry His name and claim all kinds of deeds in it will be told He never knew them.

So, yes, salvation is by faith, but not in the empty way you sneer at.

Why does Pope Francis continue preaching how a so called by him repentant sinner is better than the one who didn't sin, called hypocryte by him? Understand, all evil doers in the church must be forgiven and not punished. And all good people who spent their almost entire lives following the commands, are hypocrites in his view?

If needed with a second papal resignation. And indeed the canon law doesn't provide for another option for a pope to step down. 1. Retire half of all Vatican staff and hi clergy around the world. On his first days meetings with Cardinals and bishops that were televised, he said: half of you are already old...
Unfortunately, that didn't take place as action, remained only good wish as everything else he said. The few changes he made in hi hierarchy because if advanced ages, the few resignations in scandals, don't really make any big reform he was called for when being elected pope..., when the majority votes were given to cardinal Ouellet who granted the papacy to cardinal Bergoglio...it is not just unfair....

2. He should appoint completely new people not from the system. No matter how they will be named. People who do not belong to the hierarchy, who do not breathe that same air... Young people too. Some of them could be made Cardinals, cardinalate is not a sacrament, lay people could serve too as they did before. Thousand new people, possibly hundreds new cardinals are needed. The numbers are not a dogma. We need bigger representation and a real one, when we have 1bln Catholics that literally are outcast from the system of ellitist clergy.

3. Immediate redistribution of the wealth within the church. One feels uncomfortable when local bishops in poor countries enjoy several luxurous cars and lavish residences, let alone money...and not only in the impoverished south but also in the developed north. A bishop should be satisfied with a two bedroom apartment, one bedroom for guests, and a salary equal to that of the least paid priest.

If pope Francis is not ready to do these simple steps, it means one: he never intended to make any real reform. All he is doing is buying time for clergy elitists in view of events he and they know very well to approach. In other words, why to fix the ship when they know it is sinking..not the ship of Peter, their ship

I was nominally raised Catholic but consider myself very much Agnostic.

I still keep a bit of an eye of religious topics and no-one can escape the scandals surrounding paedophile Catholic clergy.

I was under the impression that this Pope was trying to eradicate the practice and not continue covering it up as all of his predecessors have....some may even have been actively involved, who knows?
