that's what I saw when looking at the pic as well. It looks like the one on the right has a rifle leveled at something IMO

Two people on the road. The one on the right is aiming a rifle at a third person sitting in the grass far right lower quadrant just above the three stumpy trees. reply to: SeaWorthy
"Do you listen to Ground Zero radio ever? On the program last night they had a supposedly credible source who gave an explanation that the facility was part of a network of facilities that were working on weather influence using manipulation of the sun and atmosphere, and that they required absurd amounts of electricity to to this.

I agree 100%, plain clothes or uniform though? The guy with the drone video said they identified as just regular people. I do wonder if he would have mentioned if they had rifles or not. I didn't get the impression he was on a gag order or something like that.
I decided to try to enhance it as best I could... and welll........

Interesting idea.
When I put in his name, it popped up with a fairly interesting synopsis. Doesn't make sense with the info it gives that he is a postal employee but after checking twice, it claims the search was filtered to only postal employees.
I'm glad that your said that. While the thought has crossed my mind, I had no way to back it up and am not well versed enough in that kind of technology to know how to even bring up the idea of it. Would a scope that large be capable of laying flat enough to be directed at land targets? Or would it only be used for planes/aerial objects?

So if there was a data hack, I'd say it was related to the mirrors/adaptive optics.
You might say, "Why would China/Russia/whoever care about a solar observatory", but the same kind of adaptive optics are a key component for building an effective DEW.
And I swear that it said some of his nonfiction writings were based on his experiences.
Ahhhh! I gotcha! Idk why I was picturing a hack to take physical control of the equipment and not just a data stealing hack to be implemented elsewhere! Thank you!

Well, you wouldn't use this scope or one exactly like it, but you could use the adaptive technology applications to develop or improve your own mirrors

He writes stuff for the post office too.
There are numerous articles over the years showing he was spokesperson during other Post Office problems that came up so he is just a spokesperson and not really much to do with Sunspot, he doesn't seem to live there..

Have you or anyone else read the article I just posted in its entirety? I'm seeing more than a few statements I hadn't noticed previously which add more depth. For instance the sheriff was up at the observatory according to this article, he spoke to employees and they said the FBI was there.
Also the phone call suddenly cut off between the reporter and sheriff, odd.
Furthermore Rod spurgeon was now no longer present at the post office at the time of evacuation according to his statements in this article.
