It's something, as I said, that is utterly mundane, but not something you'd think of. In this case you have to go outside the box. Way outside it.

Hahaha! I was just telling the gf about how this case has continued to frustrate me, for a month now. I told her about the clues you've dropped for me and right before I saw your reply, I said "The worst part is that it's a mundane explanation. I know it doesn't have anything to do with life shattering information and at this point I don't even care about that. I just need to figure out this "mundane explanation" to satisfy my own curiosity and to end all of this frustration before I pull my entire beard off my face!"

So, I definitely remember you telling me that it's a manager explanation. In fact, that's the one thing that I have not forgotten when I start looking at the "evidence" and formulate a hypothesis.

I have a feeling you're still special, buddy. He just told me I had a booger in my mustache. He's still a pretty swell guy, though.

I figured it was part of the hazing process. I forget that I'm still the "new guy" around here. Even though I've been around for the last decade, I was the only one that knew. I'll sit back and take my lumps until I become a REAL member.

Just wait till the double secret initiation!

Ugh.... Don't know if I should beg for lube to be used or to inform ya that if it involves shaving anything, you're gonna need to buy extra razors.

Either way, I'm not looking forward to it. Lol

Woah woah this isn’t a frat initiation, we’re far classier than any of that, we let the aliens do the probing and I’ve never seen one bust out the astroslide.😳😝

Good thing there really wasn't anything to catch. They did a great job at showing how to NOT control an area.

So...such a shame to let this thread die. Has anything new surfaced?

So not one person here has speculated that THE VIDEO THAT SHUT DOWN YOUTUBE COULD HAVE BEEN WHAT SHUT DOWN SUNSPOT?

A solar observatory that can photograph the sun can photograph the Moon just as well. Maybe they filmed what they saw and it took them this long to leak it?

a) No need to yell.
b) I'm not sure that this was an optical telescope...but I stand to be corrected.

The other 6 observatories that were supposedly all closed down at the same time all had optical ability.
Were Chile, Spain and Hawaii not closed down?

Was the worldwide janitorial pedophile ring just a hoax?
: )

There's no evidence that anything but the webcams for those observatories was shut down.

Well, MSM is taking up the story... almost a week later!

Frank Fisher, a public affairs officer at FBI’s Albuquerque Division, told Gizmodo that it was referring all inquiries to AURA. Lifson of AURA told Gizmodo today that the facility is still closed because the research group is still “addressing a security issue” and “is working with the proper authorities on this issue,” but has no further comment about the nature of the security issue.

A dispatcher at the Otero County Sheriff’s office told Gizmodo that the matter is still a complete mystery to their office. “We don’t know what is going on. We haven’t had any updates. We haven’t gotten any information at all,” he said. “There’s not much we can do about it. We’ve decided to respect their wishes. We’re not going to make any inquiries and they’re not telling us.”

gizmodo.com - This Is How It Starts: FBI Suspiciously Locks Down, Evacuates Solar Observatory in New Mexico.

They're playing up the "aliens, first contact" vibe because they have not been following the story or reading this thread! Other outlets reporting: CNET, RT, NY Daily News, Esquire, and, they could not help themselves, Daily Mail.

It is still an active investigation so I am not expecting any announcements. I have no idea what it really happening. Although that huge amount of elemental mercury is an interesting angle. If for no other reason that if ET did not have a speak-n-spell he could have tried the pressurized mercury to make anti-gravity trick and make his own way home!

The speak and spell technology was available in 1978 however ET might have been using the old 40,507,347,996.84159 HZ standard for the hardware operations. I think that may have been circa 1957 when these children were under study?

How typical.
Next they are going to tell us that there was no Blackhawk and no men on the antennas.
Or they are going to tell us that Blackhawks are standard procedure to round up pedophiles,

How typical. A few webcams go down, and suddenly entire observatories are closed. Prove it. You claimed they were shut down, so let's see proof beyond the webcam being down.

NASA’s Parker Solar Probe is an unmanned spacecraft that was launched in August to study the sun.

Sunspot Solar Observatory Director James McAteer said the observations will begin around 8 a.m. Friday then continue until roughly 1 p.m. Sunday, when weather fronts move into the area and make observations difficult.

Solar probe news thread.

This has already happened but it still cool to actually read about the observatory in action. They will correlate the data with Parker's data (when comes away from the sun) to give a "big picture" view of the little picture. They will also continue taking magnetic readings as it takes a couple days for those to reach earth (same source) so the Parker magnetic data can also be compared.
