He's east bound and down.

The old school actors from my child hood are gettin a little thin.

www.foxnews.com...

"The actor's agent, Todd Eisner, told us Reynolds died Thursday morning from cardiac arrest."

Deliverance,
Smokey and the bandit,
Cannon ball run,

What's your favorite?

Gotta admit I got a real kick out of him on archer..

When we met him a few years ago, he still had the stache.....

My favorites have to be Cannonball Run movies. He and Dom were a hell of a team.

He always seemed to have a warmth about him, and a good sense of humour. He was gorgeous in his younger years, but like all of us , got old looking , especially near the end.

Put him and Sally Fields by each other 6 months ago, and you would have never believed they dated. He always carried a torch for her as well.

I didn’t know you Burt Reynolds , but I hope you are in a more peaceful place, full of love and grace.

Obviously Deliverance The Longest Yard original Smokey and the Bandit, thought Sharkey's Machine was under rated and enjoyed City Heat with him and Eastwood. Cannonball Run 1 was pretty good. Also the movie The End was pretty funny.

Peace for Bert and his family, and thanks for the memories, past, present, and future. Don't forget his tv succeeds in Evening Shade. Most likely a bit of a scoundrel in his day, but still a great entertainer

Burt Reynolds, the wisecracking 1970s movie heartthrob and Oscar nominee, has died at the age of 82.

He reportedly passed away in a Florida hospital from a heart attack with his family by his side.

The moustachioed megastar underwent heart bypass surgery in 2010. Reynolds is survived by his son, Quinton.

He shot to fame in 1972's Deliverance, becoming a Hollywood legend with his roles in Smokey and the Bandit, The Cannonball Run and Boogie Nights. Link

Hubby and I just watched, the last movie star.
While it didn't seem to get very good reviews, I thought it was very funny. It seemed he had a good time making fun of his own career.

I loved all his movies. Had such a crush on him as a teen.
I know what I will be doing this weekend.
