They were not in the same place at the same time. That's why. People on the Internet (and Twitter) seem to throw their intelligence away when they log in. Mind you, Russia's propaganda machine is in overdrive, so expect this story to go on and on, because people believe anything they read.

A careful look at the images shows the men were captured on different cameras, positioned slightly differently — indicating that they did not both use the same channel. The easiest way to see this is to compare angle of the automatic doors and the position of the railings on the right-hand side in the two images.

This has been well and truly debunked and the people who have been spreading this nonsense are generally suspected of being Russian bots and shills.....and the very naïve!

Go through those lanes yourself. Simply two people arriving and walking through separate lanes at the same time.

See following link and use your mouse/keyboard to go through and back. There is nothing remarkable about the time stamps.

The Russians have no other option really when the CCTV footage was made public. No doubt one of the Russian state run TV stations will now get an exclusive interview with the two suspects. Of course they were just innocent stamp and coin collectors who were planning to buy from the Dauwalder's Stamp and Coin shop in Salisbury but they found that it was closed on the Sunday

No doubt they will deny that they were anywhere near Sergei Skripal's house and that they have no idea where the CCTV footage from the Shell garage on Wilton Road has come from as they only visited Salisbury town centre. The CCTV footage places them 300 metres from Skripal's house at 47 Christie Miller Road. Cue the presenter or guest commentators to spin a story of set-up and that CCTV footage being falsified. No doubt all the photo shop analysts will be out on mass and it will be widely spread on the internet.

Interesting that the BBC article referred to the specific disinfo about the Gatwick CCTV and the timestamps thing, which you nailed. There certainly were some on here pushing that nonsense.

I still find it odd that the target, was the one identified Russian Agent/Source in Steele's dossier. Why would the Russians need him dead all of a sudden ?

Certainly they could have killed him or disappeared him, while he was in Russia. Why wait soo long, or wait till he was living in another country ?
