Hey ATS, I felt like creating a fun, goofy thread just for laughs. Welcome to the worst Nicolas Cage movie scene thread.
(A while back I made a Best Christopher Walken scenes thread, and thought this might make a good companion.)
Nick Cage is kind of like the high fructose corn syrup of movies, and can be found adding his own distinctive flavor to movies everywhere. Love him
(yes, believe it or not some people do!) or hate him, chances are you've seen more than your share of Nicolas Cage. If there are 6 degrees of
separation to Kevin Bacon, it's probably more like 1.5 to Nick Cage.
In my opinion, he is easily the most ridiculous actor to ever grace the screen. His unintentional (?) comedy either reduces good, serious films
(luckily for us there are very few of these) to absurdity, or he makes bad movies worth the watch for the laugh factor. If he happened to have a good
role or two in his career, I would argue that he pulled it off despite himself. Yes, he is just that bad.
I found this pretty funny compilation of bad (but classic) Nicolas Cage scenes. Enjoy!
Do you have any favorite awful Nicolas Cage scene? If you do, please post here! I hope you're enjoying your Labor Day weekend (if you live in the
US) and I hope this thread can serve as a reminder not to take life too seriously (thanks to Nick Cage for reminding us of that!)

He almost always plays the same character. A confused middle-age man trying to figure something out. He has the same style and the same facial
expression's. But unlike Jonathan Banks who can pull it off .
. Nicholas Cage's repetition is just pathetic .
His only great movie was Raising Arizona. After that everything went downhill from him.

ive talked about this on here before. Army Of One. true story about some eccentric type dude that decides to go to pakistan to bring bin laden back to
face justice and stuff. he talks to god.
it is #ing hilarious and he is so over the top.
his name is Gary but he calls himself the donkey king or the G. the donkey is his spirit animal
cage never acts the same in each movie. he always tries something new. and i think he must enjoy creating crazy voices and characters, and even
those low budget flicks the guy has to be making at least 100k per movie.
Think whatever you like about the man's acting skills- that guy is a hustler! He's lost fortunes and worked his backside off to regain them more than
anyone I can think of offhand in Hollyweird!
