In a nutshell - Yes. Bad guys are using the chat function on xbox live to, in their minds, hide their comms from prying eyes. Apparently they were not as successful as they once thought.

This is exactly what Q has implied. Mainly on Xbox Live and Discord Chat. How anyone thought those methods were secure is beyond me, but nonetheless it appears the NSA was listening the whole time.

The Xbox live outages coincided directly with the timing of Q drop #1891.

It was on topic and, some people showed an interest in it. It showed Q is not trustworthy. How is that not relevant to this thread? Hard truths, hard to swallow? Nonetheless, I think I've made my point sufficiently (and pissed enough people off) that I feel I can move on now.

I know Q mentioned ps3 and Xbox live previously...what is the conventional wisdom about the importance about these methods of chatting?

Who ever was using these "Rat Lines" for communication about nefarious subjects, did so believing them to escape NSA surveillance. The very fact that these forms of communication are brought up at all, means the NSA also snared all those messages. I assume.

Who would use such comm lines? a whole gambit of "Players"

Thanks. By not being as successful as they once thought—it would make sense that these methods of communication have been monitored in some way since it has been speculated that gangs and terrorists could use these means to communicate. You would think Comey and his pals would know if the capability of monitoring such communication means is possible—but maybe their hubris made them feel invincible.

Again thanks to PokeyJoe and other who have answered my questions. I always fear asking questions because I know often it can get a reply of “don’t be lazy, read the threads and find out for yourself”...paraphrasing there...but these threads have gotten so awfully muddled at times I have difficulty at times finding the answers especially if I don’t have hours to dig into it. So thank you for indulging me and answering.

Q only referenced the usage of xbox live chat on the 15th - not the outage. The outage was discussed after the fact on the 16th.

I don't know about them specifically, but it's a proven technique among terrorists to communicate this way. The FBI/CIA could very plausibly have picked up the technique, and thought (incorrectly) that they were smart enough to pull it off.

Along these lines, I'm beginning to suspect that the comments sections for YouTube videos are sometimes used in this way. I have a preschool-age son, and occasionally while looking up videos he likes, I'll see videos that have numerous user comments in Arabic. They're all English-language videos, and it's totally innocuous stuff like videos to teach kids colors or shapes. I'm wondering if, perhaps, the leader "shares" a certain more-or-less random video with his accomplices, and then they communicate via the video comments.

Q drops are a interesting form of communicating, but why not compete with MSM directly??

Is it possible and legal for the government itself to institute a "News Channel"? An official channel dedicated to disseminating information directly to the people? The Military does it overseas with their own channels, why not GOV?

Just think, Sara Sanders, reading the news, I love it...

Now, there are subscription e-mail services that guarantee the emails are secure even from the NSA. Start Page has one and duckduckgo will pull up several more.

But they also post similar tweets on a daily basis as network issues are common

The date and time in question had an abnormally severe outage rate across the U.S. ( 8/15 @ 6pm EST.) This type of outage happens perhaps once a year. What are the odds of that happening within an hour of that specific Q post?

Somebody posted the old drop of "check the White House Visitor Logs" for when McCain was there and cross reference those visits with Brennan, Clapper ect.......Has anyone done that? It could potentially be a HUGE piece of the puzzle.

From Obama's actions post election, it would appear he definitely wanted the Trump/Russia investigations to continue.

It seems McCains death was a starting point for maybe the next phase of this, why? Was McCain that important to things?
