Reading between the lines the docs or midwives were ignoring parents pleas that something was wrong in final trimester and allowing the foetus to be stillborn rather than early Caesarian.

That's pretty sad. 60 seems like an awful lot in a single hospital in a developed country.

Very unlikely as Q was using the Alice in Wonderland Terminology well before the Media started to report on the Grab of Lands of White Farmers in South Africa.


It's a central motif of Q with the Alice Term. It's always seemed a strange use of the term.
