Why wouldn't California allow a Federal Investigation that would have confirmed or denied it?

How could California stop a federal investigation?

True. By boondoggling it then.

Can you be more specific?
I still don't know what you're talking about.

Are you talking about the request for voter information from Trump's committee? Are you sure you want to go there?

In any investigation you need information to determine the truth. So if it is the truth you seek then yes, we would need to go there.

Then you're going to have to go after more states than California. Like, all of them. Because none of them provided all of the information asked for. Many of them, including "red" states, refused to provide any information.

You know why? Because the committee overreached. Bigly.

States rights. And stuff.

California, Massachusetts, Virginia, Kentucky and Connecticut refused to cooperate.

All Democratic controlled states. Kentucky voter registration is controlled by their secretary of state, which is an independent elected official and is also controlled by a Democrat.

I think it's pretty obvious as to why they won't allow it.

NEW YORK (Reuters) - The Democratic Party has selected a handful of undocumented immigrants for official roles at next week’s Democratic National Convention, in a bid to highlight the gaping policy divide on immigration between White House hopeful Hillary Clinton and Republican rival Donald Trump.

The Act and Commission regulations include a broad prohibition on foreign national activity in connection with elections in the United States. 52 U.S.C. § 30121 and generally, 11 CFR 110.20. In general, foreign nationals are prohibited from the following activities:

Making any contribution or donation of moneyor other thing of value, or making any expenditure, independent expenditure, or disbursement in connection with any federal, state or local election in the United States;

There should be investigations, and Perkins Coie offices raided.

But what do we get instead?

OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE.

Yea so as long as the Dems refuse to cooperate they can always say like phage said.

No evidence no evidence!

They can get their cohorts in the media to publish propaganda that the investigations are racist or whatever to undermine it or otherwise interfere.

Not to burst your Democrat bubble or anything, but how much fraud is enough to signal a problem?

Turns out hundreds, if not thousands of non-citizens have been registered to vote in Texas, and partially at least, by way of a bureaucratic snafu. On Drivers License applications, even when the foriegner checks the "not a US citizen" box, they are automatically registered to vote. One way the State discovers the mistake is when they send out Jury summons and the non-citizen checks the box, "not eligible because not a US citizen" box.

Of course, does it really matter? Guess not if you assume they all vote for Democrat party candidates.

Dont believe me? Check it out!

I'm not a Democrat. Neither is she, apparently. But she was caught, and punished.

Rosa Ortega, 37, is the mother from Mexico who received the eight-year sentence. Ortega is a green card holder who said she twice voted for Republicans. But Ortega told the judge who sentenced her that she didn’t understand she could not vote.

www.wltx.com...

Yes, that registration thing sounds like a real problem. But not exactly voter fraud.

Really do you think the dems want ice abolished because of 19 illegals?

That is just incorrect and on top of that the majority of the push against ice is to not get rid of it but to limit their scope of duty. Yes some said they wanted ice completely gone but that is not the heart of the matter. The truth is that the federal gov. has too much power over the states and ice is mandated with responsibilities that should rightly fall to the state if we were to function as the founders intended.

You are simply highlighting the fringe of the left and trying to make that representative of everyone that wants states rights.

Nothing more that political rhetoric that is not based in reality.

If ice were doing their job as they have the training to do then they would quit targeting children and go after people with valid criminal records that does not include crossing the border once after being ordered to by the former potus.

I am still reminded of the 1000 people that were warned in California that ice was coming to get them. That situation highlighted perfectly my point that on the list was several hundred people that only crossed the border and had not committed any other crime. So by putting innocent people on that list ice or whoever created the list let the ones with serious records escape by allowing the mayor to legally warn everyone on the list. It was legal cause the list was tainted.

No one descanting against ice would be taken seriously if ice was targeting the correct people and not babies.

Create a better e-verify system.

The actions as a whole just come off as hate and not attempts at justice for anyone. That only feeds the trolls on both sides.

It was disbanded because it had no direction, no vision and no leadership. Members at one point actually sued the Fed's for not telling them what they needed to do.
The state's gave as much information as voter registration provides which in many cases is name and address.
Fed's wanted social security numbers, records for voting habits, party affiliation.
Many states refused to provide that but some did not have the information requested and some requests were just illegal.

Let's confess right now that this party was convened to find three thousand votes granted to Hillary that was over trumps number in the popular vote because he's an infant emotionally and can't stand that the girl got more votes than him. He didn't even care that he still won. He needs it to be that his opponent was left bleeding and that just didn't happen.
So he absolutely must locate three thousand illegally cast votes that went to Clinton so he can say he crushed her.
So 19 huh? That means we only need 2981 more. It took 20 months to find 19. So about 248 years from now...

Look, Democrats don't want ICE gone, even the DSA candidates have said they want the ICE as an organisation abolished, but not deportation, they still want "strong borders" and a reform of the system

rightists are using this as propaganda, but it is dishonest, and the Left politicians are using activists to gain votes, it is what they always do

Nineteen? As in the number 19?

Can we now call Trump claims about millions a hoax, as it is showing to be?

This is just me, but I think the bigger issue we need to tackle is dozens of dual citizens in our Congress and Senate over the 19 who voted in the election. Bu that's just me -- priorities, you know.

Wait it was three million. Not 3000 which is the number I used. Don't know what I was thinking... big difference.
Ok that will be about 25000 years from now to get the rest of them.

Democrats want to abolish ICE because under Trump they're evil, racist, Nazi's. Not because of some voting conspiracy.
