Several UFOs have been captured in a video over Tokyo, Japan. They are moving but don't seem to be intelligent. They don't appear to move very fast but maybe they are far away? There are more than 20 of them. I don't believe they are ball lightning. They are not birds. What are they? Balloons? A fleet of extraterrestrial beings? Something else?

Possibly pre/post earthquake phenomena , or possibly the ones who might have cleared up Fukushima and Kitahara for us

They could be balloons I suppose, if they just float.

Who knows though?

👍

Here is a different video. It seems to be from the same event, but only 10 of the UFOs are showing.

Video: UFO sighting? 10 eerie objects spotted flying over Japan

10 eerie and mysterious objects spotted flying over Japan in a round pattern.

It's us from the future on a school field trip to see how we lived in the past. It looks like balloons or some kind of lantern. I don't think it's birds though.
I hope we get another view of this from another angle eventually.

I find that more interesting because of the more erratic movement, could still be explain as chaotic wind patterns but still if I should choose between OP and that I would choose that

I think they're probably lanterns , something like this.

Although ET invasion fleet can't be ruled out.

Aware of the current seismic events ongoing protocol dictates evacuation from their under water/ground base until the all clear is given hence the mulling aimlessly around just like a human fire drill LOL

One of them barely moves. Another moves in the opposite direction to the others.

I don't think they are balloons. Could be wrong of course.

Mylar balloons in a slight updraft is my impression.

Definitely alien spacecraft disguised as balloons.

They are sneaky little devils, those aliens....

I would think that if they were indeed "UFO's", maybe some jets would be scrambled, or maybe even just a helicopter or two?
Than again, I don't know much about what one would do in such a situation.
I'm gonna have to go with balloons or lanterns.
Moving along now.

ETA: I have given a few of you stars, but they don't seem to be sticking. Sorry.

My guess also. Maybe with some swirling winds.
