She lost. What more needs to be said? She made racist comments and the voters showed that would not be tolerated.

Meanwhile Republican voters in Missouri gave 50% of the vote to the guy that said, "Hitler was right."

Considering he won his primary that seems like a much more pressing issue than this woman who is now essentially a non-entity.

Let's just hope if a tape surfaces with the President using the "N" word, you will find it just as reprehensible, even more, since he is President.

So we shall see. I'll make a note of this thread for when the time arises.

She lost, and she should have. I don't condone her behavior. She can say what she wants. Words have consequences.

You'd think that after losing over 1,000 seats nationwide since 2009, Democrats would work SMARTER?

NORMAL AMERICAN PEOPLE: "No one is that stupid!"

DEMOCRATS: "Hold my beer."

The Republicans, I can beat that.

Vote Trump.

The Plantation Dems are losing out slow but sure. Even the local stronghold dropped it's support nearly 10% in the primary last week. Nothing in the paper about it either. Just move on nothing to see.

You think saying Ching Ching is why she lost? You looked at the positions of both people and reviewed their complaints?

Do you think she made hose comments to everyone or just other black people?

She was trying to be funny, but what she was saying was vote black not yellow(tribalism). That’s a common theme, and if you really think it’s racist, i hope next time there is a small black business Saturday or something like that, where blacks want you only to go to black owned business. You will speak up, because basically they are saying don’t spend money with those Ching Chongs (and those cracker ass crackers). Are you ok woth racism as long as you like the packaging????

Ps
That also goes for the sexism of women small business weekends and stuff like that

She's an elected black Democrat woman. That guarantees she can do literally anything and not get called out on it by the media or fellow Dems.

Possibly. However if it had been a Republican, the other usual suspects would be here defending her.

Ahhhh. Speak of the devil. Mighty wide brush you got there.
However, she isn't a republican and your statement has no credibility.

Actually, I must confess. Every now and then when I find one of these bash the libtard thread I know that eventually I will find at least one reply commenting on the lack of democrat defenders, and make a reply to them, you know, just to not let them down with no one to pounce on.

We have a list you know, us usual suspects. One of these threads comes up and it is dull enough, you know droning on and on with the usual banter, staring and flagging and waiting, just waiting for one of us to show up, and we pull straws, short straw has to jump into the thread and give you guys some meat to eat.

Tonight, that's me ,and this is that thread.

Admitting to being a troll. Luckily you're best buds with some mods. The things you do and say get most people banned. Must be nice to have that privilege.

Yeah, I'm not even going to waste my time. Whataboutisms are not a valid argument. You sound like an alt Righter bring up "What about Hillary".

yeah "just trying to be funny" eh?
that is a riot
www.foxnews.com...

“Those are not the kinds of comments that should be made nor are they the kind of comments I would normally make,” Scott said, according to the Detroit News. “I humbly apologize to Rep. Chang and to her husband, Mr. Gray, and to the broader Asian-American community.” “We live in a time of increasing divisiveness,” she added. “As a state representative, I should never do anything to contribute to an atmosphere of divisiveness and for that, I am terribly sorry. I look forward to meeting with Rep. Chang to express my apologies directly to her as soon as she’s able to meet with me.”

doesnt sound like an apology for a "joke" to me....

Scott also reportedly told a voter that immigrants from China were “coming over and taking our community from us” and that it “disgusts” her to see “black people holding signs for these Asians and not supporting their own people.”

her jokes are hilarious arent they?

Scott reportedly referred to her opponent as “ching-chang” and "ching-chong" to voters outside polling precincts. She also allegedly made other offensive comments, including telling one of Chang's campaign volunteers “You don’t belong here” and “I want you out of my country.” In addition, Sean Gray, Chang’s African-American husband, said Scott scolded him for marrying Chang.

she tells the funniest jokes right?

She's a former Police officer who was a term limited State Rep running for State Senate.

The District is a weird mix: very poor Detroit, very rich Detroit and good chunks of very, very rich communites next to Detroit. Crazy mix of voters if you ask me.

Honestly, the only time I had heard of her before was her getting evicted and questions surrounding her supposed residence in the District. It was found to be a burnt down house.

Its not like she had publicly shown making such derogatory comments before. You'd think an experienced politician would not say such things at a voting station.

She got what she deserved by the ballot, luckily.

She did that to a fellow Democrat as well with these comments and has apologized and admitted making them.

Strange that you have not seen that word mentioned. It is used here all the time as a pejorative you know. One of those simple put down words that ring so cute in so many ears. But you are right in a sense, that word had not specifically been used in this specific thread but all the hallmarks of taking ''another example'' of perceived liberal intolerance and stretching it into a all consuming generality have been in abundance from reply number one. So yes, in a real way I might have confused this thread with any number of other threads that serve the exact same purpose for conservative ''chiming in''

Who cares if she said ching Chong?

If it's an issue people can vote for Chang. It's not a popular statement but people should be allowed their opinion and free speech.

Remember free speech?
