I had seen the map in the video before, and I will say it again:

There is an abrupt cutoff of the coloured area just west of the Straits of Magellan. So did the radiation stop there? No, they just don't anyone to realize that the current that perpetually circles Antarctica from west to east, will inevitably carry Fukushima radiation into the south Atlantic Ocean. From there, it will go everywhere, across the south Indian Ocean, and is now probably at the shore of western Australia.
