Yes. Representative Cohen, D-TN. He says he meant it metaphorically, and I believe him. Still, that such a metaphor could even enter your mind, much less have you deem it worthy of being said, is belittling to every vet that's ever been wounded in combat.

ETA: What makes it worse, to me, is that this wasn't just an off-hand, spur of the moment comment. These congressmen go into these hearings pretty much knowing what they're going to say before they start. He likely thought of this before the hearing even began, or at least earlier in it while watching the Republicans grill Strzok. So it's not like this just popped into his head and he said it without thinking. He actually came up with this, evaluated it, and thought it was a legitimate and clever thing to say. That's where the "I regret saying it" thing falls apart with me.
