You have only to watch a few videos of kids eating tide pods to realize this is already the dumbest generation in years - maybe ever. Who knows what they would do if they got their hands on any of this foscheck.
In a new study of popular products purchased from grocery stores in Dallas, Texas, researchers found that nearly half of the sampled peanut butter and cold cuts, as well as turkey, fish, beef and other fatty foods, contained traces of a flame retardant commonly used in the foam insulation of building walls.

Democratic Gov. Jay Inslee in March signed a bill into law that will phase out perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances, or PFAs, in food packaging such as popcorn bags and burger wrappers.
The law, introduced by Democratic Rep. Joan McBride, requires that starting in January 2022, every food product sold in Washington — whether it be at fast-food restaurants, grocery stores, or any other retailer — must be packaged in materials that do not include perfluorinated chemicals. The state's department of ecology will have to determine by January 2020 if a safer alternative can be found or if it needs to keep searching.

So not any link that we can see or even litigate but it would take a leap of faith to even believe this could happen.
This is tha games the debol plays
Just as one user pointed out there is a reason they want to thicken the water to be more effective in putting out the fire but industrial fertilizer has been a big problem ever since the 40's we have seen these folks search for ways to dispose of the toxic biproducts like the use of fluoride and such.
They could easily just mix a bit of clay or other safe products and achieve the same results.
