Well, the only way those protrusion points are those towers on USS Cyclops, is if they are overestimating at 300 feet.
Those look below 200 feet in length. (There's a man standing on the deck I used for scale, assumed he was six feet tall.

I did a lot of diving over the years and its vary easy to over or underestimate size underwater.
