Adopt an "older" member too thread!

Jeepers, I'm not proposing people legally adopt each other, in which ever direction.

Just saying if one can adopt a newer member, then one should also be able to adopt an older member when they veer off the trodden path.

"Renew them", or "rebirth them".

And then it turned out some subscription/money scam.

Thank God I didn't land there.
It would have destroyed my misplaced trust in the Interwebs forever.

Well, about ten years ago professors discussed the Internet, you have two options:

Either you never come online or leave a search trace, or you are so flamboyantly out there - even if you knew my darkest secrets.
It doesn't matter.
I don't really care.

I choose the second option, because when a state turns rogue - I can't just disappear.
