This guy has a Masters degree in science and a Doctor Divinatis in Theology.

His points are very good, especially the retreat of the moon from the orbit of the earth and the earth's magnetic field.

Watch this

Xstealth, thanks again for the video. The rock, where the charred wood was dated thousands of years, and the vulcanic rock that captured the wood at millions of years, was a hoot. There have been other tests, where brand new lava rock was dated by these academic, ape men luminaries at millions of years.

I always thought fossil dating was another real hoot, in the many layers of junk science. In school textbooks, fossils found in the geologic column are often dated by the purported date of the rock layer formation. But how is the rock layer date derived? By the fossils found in it, fossils assigned a date on the evolutionary scale. On this:

There are twelve major layers that form what is called the standard geologic column. Each of these layers is identified by the fossils that are found in it. But, strangely enough, most often the fossils are dated by the strata in which they are found. Can you see the faulty logic in that approach? Let us read what some evolutionary geologists say. Dr. J. E. O'Rourke, writes about this in "Pragmatism Versus Materialism in Stratigraphy," for the American Journal of Science. (1976)

"The rocks do date the fossils, but the fossils date the rocks more accurately. Stratigraphy cannot avoid this kind of reasoning … because circularity is inherent in the derivation of time scales." Makes sense to me! (There is also circularity in a cat, chasing its tail.)

You know, you guys that are up in the middle of the night, with that restless conscience, trying to find new ways to hate God? Let me help you. Some of the comments are compelling evidence, and, though I love Christ, I'd almost believe you, if you said your Grandpa was an ape. (Sorry, did not mean offend any ape, other primate, or single celled organism with 60,000 proteins, of 100 different configurations, with the chance of assemblage occurring, at random, 1 in 10 to the power of 4,478,296.17, this just to big bang one cell, and all of which must co-exist for that single cell to live.)

Romans 1:20-22 For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse, because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened. Professing to be wise, they became fools,

LOL Non-believers don't hate God, the same way we don't hate fairies, unicorns or Voldemort. You cannot hate what doesn't exist. That's the crux of the matter believers don't seem to understand.

Fairies? How original, never heard that one before, but puhleeze, Louise. Again, this is what Genesis would look like in your Bible:

Apes R Us 1:1 There was once absolutely nothing. 2 Nothing happened to nothing until the nothing exploded into everything, 3 for no reason, Selah, but first pass the bong. 4 Everything from nothing then rearranged itself into self-replicating bits, which then turned into dinosaurs. 5 We somehow believe the Laws of Thermodynamics, at the same time. 6 Refill the bong. 7 Nothing turning to everything, for no reason, and arranging itself, all by its lonesome, we can believe, but God is the Tooth Fairy. 8 Watches and automobiles evolved from iron ore. 9 Makes sense to me. 10 Pass the bong. 11 Explosions result in order. 12 That rock is a billion years old. 13 Just because.

It's tragic you don't have your own churches.

Look, alright then, I'll meet you half way at Tooth Fairy, attempt from there to pull the remainder of your head from your rectum, but that lame Darwin and Big Bang stuff simply has to go. We all have our limits. We are all thinking adults. Well, that was another prevailing theory.

The beauty of science is that it still exists whether you believe it or not. This is in stark contrast to the 4200 (estimated) religions in the world that all believe their god is the one true god.

Damn atheist's with their heads up their rectums.

If only they read the good book they would realise sodomy is a sin.

Anyhoo, as a good Christian I should be stoning some gays and adulterers right about now.
I'm also pretty sure there are some girls on their period who should be banished to the woods.

So do you believe that Jesus contradicts the old testament?

“It is easier for Heaven and Earth to pass away than for the smallest part of the letter of the law to become invalid.” (Luke 16:17)

I didn't need to say much else honestly

LOL Look, you keep your mistranslated/full of contradictions book written by Palestinian goat herders, I keep my science, which is a method, does not require faith, loves to be challenged and it changes according to new discoveries.

And by the way, the Law of Thermodynamics do not contradict the Big Bang or evolution, but please feel free to elaborate on that and I will happily reply.

Ive never got these theologian dudes who are creationist , they like to adopt science and say that its all gods plan, he created the earth and the universe and its only 6000 years old !
However light from distant stars takes longer to reach earth!

This is the first link that popped up when I googled the good doctor's name:
Encyclopedia of American Loons: #1981: Grady McMurtry
I'm not so sure this guy is a credible doctor.

How is that? Why would it be odd for someone to point out that the scientific paradigms are often not about science and instead are about religious beliefs in the Paradigm?

Jaden

Don't conflate real science with scientific paradigmic belief systems

One of the better replies I've seen. Well done! When it comes right down to it, what else can one say? If repent doesn't work, it's all downhill from there, like trying to have a conversation with a brick.
