That's very obviously just the windshield... It moves in the exact same way as the rest of the dirt on it...

The people who filmed it found it later per the coast am website. after looking at the stabilized version on liveleak, I have to go with the chip in the windshield crowd?

If you watch the video in slomotion then you can clearly see the windshield in relation to the trees and the object.

Shaky camera all right. I agree that the little blimp as pointed out by trollz is following the "thing", but the camera movement is not following the main subject. For instance look at the movement between 20-23 secs, the camera should pan to the left, yet it is not, and the "thing" is moving forward "to the right". Might be an optical explanation for that though...

Anyway interesting footage.

First thing that comes to mind is, as one earlier mentioned,... the Rake, or fallen angel, chupacubra, etc.

The person goes behind the tre at one point and behind the bushes at another point. She also kneels down with her left hand of the ground and looking right at the animal. It is the elusive meth head.
