Oh thank you for adding this TOL. That is very interesting. Not at all shocked by the only 9 months. Seems like Washington State is riddled with them.

The one thing that really pi**ed me off when I was researching all this was seeing that woman who has tarot cards and poses like Dahmer's victim got a job at the VA hospital. All of this makes my blood boil but this was an extra slap in the face.

Couldn't agree more TOL. These cottages are filled with troubled children/teens. I am sure drugs are shoved down their throats. From the news articles I provided it appears they are understaffed so it hard to say what really goes on there. If I had a child with behavioral problems I wouldn't put them in one of these cottages. Most parents get wore down and welcome the relief that it brings to them not knowing the dangers that may befall upon these poor souls. Those we trust the most.
