Cranky, a few comments on that tweet's spelling/grammar:

1) Four periods instead of an ellipse to start,
2) Fusion NOT FusionGPS,
3) "JUSTICE." should be "JUSTICE". - Maybe this is referencing JUST ICE., as in ICE being n abbreviation,
4) Missing in Action - should have capitalised I on "in"- "I" used to denote missile.

In summary we have "For (4) GPS, Just ICE, missile (i)"?

He still works for the department of "justice."

I think the period in or out is personal, I do inside, older I guess. The two things that stuck out was "justice" sits out there, as if he's saying Justice is coming. The other is as you noted the MiA. so MA?

Punctuation goes inside if quotation marks if applicable. The grammar used is correct in Trumps tweet.

I see. On May 17th, we were "preparing to land, after cruising at 40,000 feet for a long time".

"Landing" assumes that the mission was accomplished.

What does cruising at 40,000 feet imply? Most people sleep or read while "cruising" on the plane.

Thank-you for sharing your version, Dashen. My mind keeps seeing Q as a military pilot. I was thinking that we/he carried out a months-long bomb-dropping mission (with delayed fuses) while at 40,000 feet, and are now preparing to land.

Looking forward to a 4 boom week!
