Absolutely. Yet he has already been found guilty of contempt. The retrial was ordered because legal process was not followed and yes, he may be proven innocent, but only of the latest legal problem and not the previous.

We (or at least I) am talking about this latest accusation.
He is innocent until proven guilty or pleads guilty - neither of which have happened.
That is the reality.
