The conditions made it clear that the person owns their own data, and it can never be used for any purpose for which the person did not give explicit
consent.
It also allows for download of your own data. And then you can tell them to delete it from their records.
If we get to the point where the information is used for qualification for health insurance etc., then I am sure we will be at the point where a DNA
test is "required" in order to get insurance.
