I've spiritually seen and heard people ever since 2007. People like, celebrities, politicians, preachers, teachers, peers and about anybody else that you've ever seen before in real life. Get on youtube and watch some videos on defensive magick. In particular, "the lesser banishing ritual of the pentagram". 1-2 years ago, if someone told me about "magick" I would have laughed and called them crazy, but the more you research the topic, and especially when weird things start to happen, it is real. But it isn't what most people think it is either in ways. I hope you find a way to fix things!

No longer a dwelling for such things? They have no where else to go but to try to taunt you and trick you back into the mundane experience and miss the absolute nature of being.

Some have referred them siddhas... a manifestation of power that you harness but which would rather harness you.

Six senses the link before that is ignorance... so mediation on those appearances ceases to be cause for ignorance of them; judgment of them whether good or bad will only be cause for more duality or fighting.

The wheel of life(Bhava Cakra) find which link is easiest for you to break; and then continually break it. After awhile all of it becomes clear; diving into it over and over again no matter the realm of being; hells hot and cold, hungry ghosts(which those are a part of), animal/human, gods/titans, deva and asura(children of gods/titans).

Everyone goes round and round that wheel; either as individual ego self in ignorance... or not in ignorance in the one of all others.

So who is trapping who? Free from the wheel, others expect service of you if you enter theirs... used to be easy to control no matter what realm... as it was one of ignorance; learning and study is the fiery sword of discernment. Vipasanna(wisdom meditation) on one hand and Shamantha(calm abiding/tranquility meditation) on the other.

So as those and all other things arise and pass; make your concentration more and more subtle... from one pointed focus or concentration(such as kasina/mantra/chant/counting) then to object-less, object-less means those things are going to arise for you to have something to consider as a meditation.

Some follow those visions on great journeys losing their body as time and space are or become lost; immaterial realms of heavens, material realms of form... (jhanas) simply states of being.

So of course appearances that say what you have judged however many times as nasty/evil are connecting to a subconscious arch-type image or characterization of who may embody such a thing. Continuing to meet "them" without compassion or thoughts of forgiveness... only becomes cause for more pain and suffering. The four noble truths... stress, the cause and arising of it, the way leading from stress, the eightfold path. Three worlds to consider; Body, Speech and Mind. Three poisons can be found in all three of them; some call those realms or abodes Shambogakaya, Dhammakaya, Nirmanakaya.

Think of all of this and that arising and passing however long it occurs as learning... one has seen hate, greed, and delusion even if they have no been the embodiment of it... notice evil and good are not present, as hate does not cease by love... hate ceases by hate; so hate if present and left alone? Takes care of itself without help... helping it only feeds it, the same with greed, and of course delusion the same way.

I believe that mantras help elevate and with focusing especially with enough practice. The same could be said with numbers and counting or anything that has some sort of theme to it.

Maybe some words have more of an effect then other due to how they are pronounced, but I ve never really gotten to into it. Om was the only one I tried, and I did find some use, maybe it just that practical.

The main goal all the same though, to put it simply, it's like trying to be quite as a church on a Sunday. Baby Jesus will know that you aren't listening and thinking about the power bowl, and god forbid if your European immigrant grandmother ever finds out, or she will hit you the Bible.

Om or Aum is that space outside of known clear light that connects all things and beings...

The third eye which is what this person is having issues with has raised the "fire" there making it out of balance with the below... it has to do with appearances "the mind" does not give name to form or form to name; it just is; simple awareness... of the entire being the eye sees and that is all it does in clarity of seeing there is no good or bad in the eye... same with the other senses including tactile sensation. Contact is a different story and from that contact is what gets judged... as a singular entity all of that can fall away in non attachment or grasping.

Problem is the posters 3rd eye opening has caused grasping attachment through visions seen by the eye not the gross form but the subtle... the gross or mundane conscious awareness trying to make reason or ration with the unconscious supramundane level of consciousness. So both are mere experiences trying to make sense out of it; is discernment best used with wisdom meditation called vippasana, to remain calm to those appearances and any and all things in fearlessness? Shamatha meditation the two are really no different.

The root is where fear arises... survival instinct many rarely rise above the first three wheels or energy centers called chakras... these are vibrations the body, speech and so called mind send out these vibrations.

So of course tuning into them in balance takes a lot of time; a lot of understanding. They also have a visible spectrum; the clear light one outside of all of that does not. Ordinary beings of discernment cannot even sense or comprehend those that have thus gone; and if they do? They have stepped foot on what is known as the otherside/furthest shore. Of course knowing both? Is what gets called transcended what is transcended? Consciousness... all seven of them.

Logic has no place for reason and emotion has no place for reason this is the Yin and Yang; the Heart level above the three lower wheels finds compassion and understanding to life as a whole and the elements that make it and all else up... the voice tries to explain the gross knows what hungry is... the subtle knows that hungry is undefined as it could mean anything one could hunger for. So when logic and reason come together only then does actual ration or food to feed takes place. The Yin and Yang combined in being; many have ears, but do not listen, many have mental ears when reading... but do not comprehend... and thats just what experience teaches.

Logic is 1+2=3 yet it is irrational unless looking for 3. Which means that equation only has one purpose to always equal three. But as mentioned with hunger? Three is just part of that equation... as three could be anything as seen in variables.

Knowing is to not know; and to not know there just is... and whatever that is depends on you in its continual arising or passing; like the breath... it has a spot where it goes and to where it returns. At either extreme; inhale all the way and hold it, one will either give up or pass out... exhaling all the way and holding it; one will either give up or pass out. Of course not regularly known? Breath can also be transcended.

Why? The sphere of nothingness and the four stages of formlessness...

Sorry to go on so long about this; but the higher one climbs in the tree? The easier it is for the monkey to fall into the pool; gasping at what does not exist... which means chasing shadows or ghosts of intellect; which is not self but other... and attachment to such, means suffering and impermanence.

Impermanence is the only lasting law; of things arise and pass. Cease dependence and all ceases to arise... when that occurs with "self" what arises is other... so then the true self is finally seen while all the others are house builders as the historical Buddha called it. No god nor Brahma can be said to be the maker of all of this... meaning you are responsible for that corpse others have given you called past that you continue to carry thinking you will not trade places with that corpse in the future.

Laying it down is what practice and the introduction to reality; instead of the illusion or perpetuated delusion is all about.

ive tried some of these things. They do and dont work. I can guage my reality well and found phone lines have a part to play.
