Ever heard the saying that you ultimately become what you fight against? You cannot fight darkness with darkness or fire with fire. You beat darkness with an opposite power, which is light.

The fact that someone on the right is doing the same tactics as the left, only shows the reality of the two way mirror. And this is very concerning, because if we as a species lose sight of morality and truth; then we lose as a species.

As someone posted above, noone deserves to have their lives ruined over a few mistakes. It is how we grow not only human beings, but also on a spiritual conscious level. Those discouraging making mistakes are the enemy not only of mankind, but also of the soul/ spirit.

It is scary to see where this world is heading.

Again all those rumors and they were ardently defended, because there was no evidence of criminal activity.

Comments no matter how offensive they are, are not reason to take hostile action against the person that made such. Fiction no matter how offensive, cannot be the basis to persecute or fire someone.

Again no criminal activity, no crime, no wrongdoing. You can simulate murder, rape, torture. You can write in extreme detail about such, but if it is only fiction, it is victimless, it is not a crime, and surprise surprise it is NOT WRONG.

This is the true test of those that want to defend freedom, freedom of speech. We must protect even the most offensive content in society. And in effect if society is going to persecute people who've done no wrong, and keep them from finding employment, the government should create a fund to provide for such artists and provocateurs.

Look I would say despising child molesters is understandable. But pedophilia does not mean child molestation, and those afflicted have no control over such attraction. Many do not act upon their impulses. These are people in need of therapy and help, not condemnation, but they should be kept away from children as a preventive measure.

Chemical castration would be best imo with life inside (no parole) for pornographers and molesters of all ages and either gender.

Of course, I'd also favour court convictions over the court of public hysteria. There are too many social media people who've 'convicted' people based on hunches and partisanship. Crazy times...
