Now that is freaky.

In the dreams, I knew exactly where this house was located because of it's juxtaposition to a dumpsite a couple miles away from where we lived back then.

You ain't gonna believe this... Where this thing happened is *google maps the distance* 1.4 miles away from the city landfill. I'm up the road about .4 miles.

I don't see what is significant or strange about that. Are you referring to the commonality of .4????

It does sound like schizophrenia or a similar condition. Seems the most likely explanation, and since these types of things seem to happen to you quite a bit, I would get it checked out. Have you been examined with an eye towards a schizophrenic diagnosis?

Alrighty. I said I would leave this thread alone, but, I need to point out this is not schizophrenia. Doesn't even sound like schizophrenia, and he's stated he is beyond the age of on-set. People have some sort of hallucination, or an episode of sensory disturbance, and everybody leaps to schizophrenia. You can have these problems with ALL the syndromes. Even the personality Disorders if they are severe enough. Depression, Drugs, alcoholism, prescribed medications, many things.

I would look some to some type organicity, including tumor. Could be early-onset dementia of which there are multiple kinds, not just Alzheimer's, which is another diagnosis people jump right on.

Or ghosts. Never rule out ghosts.

So you aren't totally alone with this?
You have the wife and everythings
good there right?

I have wife, kid, and 2 cats. In turn, everyone's heard weird crap in the house (or, both places we've lived at here in NC). We've checked a/c, gas/ and in a couple cases, were left completely thrown for a loop, because how does one try to figure out sounds coming from thin air? Or, as what happened sporadically the past couple weeks (which I haven't mentioned because I am trying hard to find a rational explanation) the toilet seat in the bathroom drops down. Which is odd enough... but when the lid is down to begin with, *shakes head*. The last time it happened, my grumpy cat was in the hallway staring at the bathroom like a mouse had dropped dead in there. Having had a stupid (if you're a rodent, you have to have a few marbles missing to walk into a house with cats living there) mouse wander in a month or so ago, it found the trap, cat found the corpse, and stood there with *that* look. I searched the bathroom. top, bottom, sideways. Nothing.

Wife a couple months ago distinctly heard the "Benny Hill" theme playing in front of her chair, and it slowly moved across to where I was sitting. I didn't hear anything, but I'm watching as she (who has a little hearing loss, yet) followed... something, and looking *real* concerned. I leaned over and asked what was going on...

"I just heard the Benny hill theme"
Me: "Whaaa??"

Now- I have that on my phone as a ringtone- because of spam calls. Phone was off, since I didn't need it on for anything at that point of the day. Not only that, if it was on, it was right next to me, as always. I'd have heard it first, and sworn like a sailor.
I then proceeded to check every last electronics item in the workroom, to see if somehow they were on. Nope. I forgot the fact the noise was wandering from her chair to where I was sitting, so checking stuff at the opposite end of the place was kinda dumb.

Like I said- if it was just *me*, yeah... I'm losing the plot for whatever reason- medical or otherwise. When others start experiencing stuff like I do... D: That's when I get creeped out.

Ya know ya just can't make this stuff up.
You definitely have my attention.

Or, like whatever the hell happened in June- I sit down with a broken chain, 2 tweezers, and a Jeweler's loupe. Easy job. I connect 2 links. Except, 2 links 'fuse' together, leaving the 3rd broken link dangling between the 2 now seemingly magically attached links! No pressure on the links, no forcing anything. Somehow, in miniature, I did the linking rings magic trick. I had no idea what happened, or when, or how. I went to slowly crimp the link shut, and next thing I knew

Okay I can at least give you this much for sure.
I just imagine my life with all the extra chain
jerk'n phenomena of yours. And you can rest
assured that sombody out here knows exactly
the motivation for this thread.

It gets to a point sometimes that knowing
how whacky you're gonna sound to others.
Is just kicked to the curb entirely in lue of the
need to connect with someone. Or just to see
if anyone can grasp what you need to convey desperately sometimes.

All just to help yourself hold on to
some sliver of sanity. Well I get it brother.
Indeed I do. All you can do is accept your
plight. Don't want to make this in any way
about me. But I finally reached a point one
day that I no longer missed a beat when crap
got on a roll. Now I just ignore the hell out of
it and keep right on going.

Don't question your sanity! Roll with it! Ride it like a surfer rides a wave!

Don't start the "evil vs good" stuff, it clouds your sanity more than seeing a clapboard house that is not there!

Think a bit. You have brushed up against woo (at least that is what we call "the unexplained" in any form it manifests itself in for your perception). Your reaction, in a fight or flight situation, is quite reasonable! You were having a hard time explaining the unexpected with a camera shot to add Tabasco sauce to your helping of woo.

Besides "ghost house" what else could it be? It could be technological in nature. The tech could be a human visible shape that nobody would normally bat an eye at. The tech could also be made knowing what the optics of a phone camera so that light is not allowed to focus on the CCD portion of the camera. Maybe even the tech is a mental one while the physical one keeps light from reflecting off what the solid object actually is! You get a mental picture of whatever they want to project (Borg cube, Babylon 5 ship, Tie fighter, 50's saucer, jumbo jet, etc) while in the physical world, light is bending around the object like water around a rock in a stream. Camera shows nothing, and you get a cartoon vision of reality.

That would mean the figure was something, possibly even human, in what I call (for lack of a better term) an "inviso suit". It is like what Data is wearing in that one Star Trek movie. That would also work well in explaining the "house"!

How it might have been: You walked passed a physical object that the passengers did not want you to see. Your instinct knows that there is something there and I bet if you looked hard enough you might have detected something. So, a mental projection was beamed out at you but you know your neighborhood well enough to know that "house" is not really there. Which is another clue because the object would have to be "as big as a house" otherwise your instinct BS meter would go into overdrive! From the inside, it looks like you walked specifically over to look at the "house" so to get you go away, dude in inviso-suit is sent out to give you a closer look!

That is one explanation. I could be totally wrong! But you do not need to be insane to have a description of events that only require Top Secret super cool tech that would look like magic to somebody who does not know that this stuff actually exists.

Hope it was just a bunch of guys taking a pee break in man-made "UFO" having some fun with random dude walking by on an out of the way road! Either way, they know where you live!! (Hehehe...)

I notice youre completely ignoring how many times people have said youve admitted you have a history of schizophrenia. You dont even address it in their posts you just go around and continue on with your direction. If you know you have it and its a possibility why do you keep ignoring the fact and going off on another tangent?

Occams Razor, its probably your schizophrenia as much as you want to ignore how many times its brought up. You dont want to address that possibility youre running a risk to yourself and your family quality of life.

I mean honestly I have seen people who claim to be top of the line psychics who dont have as many things happen to them as you claim.
Go tell your doctor your symptoms are coming back more frequent and get yourself lined out.

As a medical professional I can tell you most definitely many of the claims are INDEED symptomatic of schizophrenia.
He says hes beyond the onset age, but you can look through his posts from the past and he admitted he was diagnosed with the problem.

I'm too old to pick it up now- and besides... when others experience similar- the schizophrenic part kinda wilts. If it was ONLY me... ok.

What do you think doc isn't it perfectly
normal to question ones own sanity ?
It is often said that it's a bit
off not to question yourself at times.
Or people that never qiestion their
sanity are crazy.

Yeah in every single one of your pasts threads where you claim extraordinary things happen to you, or you are targeted, but then SOMEHOW , with EVERY SINGLE ONE, you have "another person experienced it with me"

Thats a tell tale sign that youre saying that, not just to justify and convince OTHER people what happened to you, but more to convince yourself.

Its impossible to have someone there EVERY SINGLE TIME, something extraordinary happens, however if you look at your post history, amazingly you always seem to have an alibi.

Again not to mention YOU HAVE ADMITTED TO BEING DIAGNOSED.

None of this makes you a bad person, there just seems to be some things that need to be addressed professionally to get back on track

Not to get too in detail, but you have a history of mental illness, you have a history of mental and physical abuse going back to your childhood, you have a history of paranoia, and at times debilitating depression. Youve claimed everything from, youre constantly being abducted by aliens, youve timed traveled on several occasions, your ex girlfriend has control of you in your dreams, and also the girl youre dating, to your child has the ability to see through walls.

So youre either posting all of it for attention, or youre episodes are escalating and you need to take care of it.

You really need to talk to someone and get things lined out for yourself AND your family.

Depending on your local flora, you might have had a dose of pollen from a certain tree which it seems we cant mention. If its a one off its local and would point that way.

I can be harsh at times but its not out of malice, some of us need a hard reality check, I operate much the same. Im stubborn set in my ways and most of the time it takes a hard knock to my head to get me to wake up to things sometimes.
As a person in the medical field, we get that hyper-focus thing going on and sometimes its hard to shake out of.

So I know how the OP could feel at times.

Sorry if you've been asked already
but...

and right next to me was what I can only describe as something using the old Star Trek beaming effect, except instead of light, it was a greyish, blocky thing, really thin.

Can you "pretty please" clarify a bit more here? You mean Star Trek, not TNG or any other spin off? And by beaming effect, you mean the transporter ("beam" me up, Scotty?), right?

Cause they had a different graphical effect for each show.

Or do you mean it had a "phaser" gun, which shoots a "beam" and so could be described as an "old Star Trek beam thing"?

Instead of light it was very, blocky and thin? Again, do you mean the beam coming out of the gun? Or the transporter effect?

Or do you mean the being itself was grey, blocky and thin?

And when you say right next to you, do you mean, about 6 feet away, so that if you fell flat on your face, your could reach up and touch it's feet? Or more like 3 feet away and you could reach out and touch it if you leaned forward a bit? Or more like ten or 15 feet away, and it would take a couple of leaps/bounds to make contact?

For what its worth, I believe you.

Somehow th doesn't sound very scientific to me... 🤔

I'm not doubting that there is a possibility that this is medically related, but what you have said here does nothing to convince me of that.
