Doesn't matter what the actual charge would be, they'll never be held accountable. At most, they'll be fired, given a huge "severance" of tax payer money, then go on to a private sector job working for some "random" company in a position they have no experience in, a company that just so happens to have benefited greatly from their prior government position.

If President Trump shows evidence of Rosenstein's guilt to the Senate, and gains the approval of the majority of Senators, firing him would be a piece-of-cake.

For me it was obvious the people of theU.S.
wanted Trump. Even before the election the
signs were literally everywhere. I have found
the resistance to that decision not just obsurd
but very concerning. I may be over thinking
it all. But I'm worried even more now.

Even if they won every seat up for re-election in 2018, they wouldn't have the numbers to remove him from office. It would take 67 votes in the Senate.
