Many wealthy individuals keep stuff off the books on offshore accounts. That said, the contributions do not necessarily have to all be directly to the clinton foundation but could be to third party entities that acted on behalf during the election.

I definitely remember. Dan Bongino did a segment on it in a recent podcast. Can't recall which one. It's crystal clear the hyperventilating leftists are so desperate to deflect attention from their treason they are literally willing to do and say anything.
