Perhaps, the grays just took longer to get here and by the time they did, the earlier visitors had collected enough data and left.

It's difficult to say anything really (when this sort of thing happens ) without coming across as a nutter. I told this to a few friends before I decided it was better to shut up.

I was walking next to a stream in a forest in Scotland in broad daylight and this wee person (about 4ft tall) walked out the woods on the other side. It looked just like that Honda robot (full spacesuit, backpack, helmet etc), took one look at me, turned and shot off back into the woods. I chased it, but lost it in the trees. Maybe it was the Honda robot...trouble with that is this was summer 1978. So alien, time travelling Honda, personal mental issue....

I now live in a forest in Spain and the only problems I get at 3 in the morning are uppity wild boar. Oh and hunters don't hunt at night around here, they'd end up shooting each other.

One thing I'm convinced of is that they manipulate our minds during sightings and memories.

So they are basically making the imagery as acceptable as possible to our puny human mind.

For example, I remember hearing about a sighting that was based on a couple people (IIRC) driving and finding the road blocked, with flashing lights of police and other vehicles on the road.

Later they started to realize that there was very little traffic in that area, and very unlikely to be a group of flashing vehicles, on a quiet country road. The strangeness of the event grew on them and they eventually did hypnotherapy.

That's just an example, but I'm convinced they manipulate their own imagery to be most acceptable to our minds.

though i have to say, that the fact that political threads get more views than the absolute truth, i have a feeling that my days in this forum are ending, if one day i do exit the forum, i will make a thread and will tell people to PM me if they want to know my new hiding place
i never tought i would do this, but the situation is critical, more and more people are accepting political extremism, more and more conspiracy or alternative forums are being taken over by political extremists (this one is just one of them), one subculture i am specially scared of is the Q people, we are seeing a political cult in formation and these never ever end well

Thank you. I don't quite agree but I could be wrong, and you could be 100% right.

I believe they are essentially biological beings with super-advanced technology.

And all that would take would be a lot more time to develop their tech (and develop themselves).

The human race is so young and so primitive that many people have trouble imagining a race of beings that are much older and more advanced.

Our written history barely traces back a couple / few thousand years (depending what point in history you consider the start of recorded history). I think most people basically consider that we have 2,000 yrs of recorded history (whereas the earlier writing tends to be more vague and mythological). And even just 2,000 yrs ago, people were barely living better than animals. And there are still areas of Earth today, that are the same. Heck the same area from the Bible -- the middle East -- is still living in poverty and chaos, much the same as 2,000 yrs ago.

My point is that it's unimaginable to us that there have been beings that have maybe 5,000 yrs of civilization, or 10,000 yrs of civilization.

Let alone 20,000 yrs of civilization, or 100,000 yrs...

Let's face it, after barely a couple thousand yrs of civilization, we are already developing technology that is starting to seem magic.

Heck the internet still impresses me and seems very magic.

Just imagine bringing a computer with internet to an uncontacted tribe that are living like cavemen. They would definitely consider the computer as magic, and the people on the screen as ghosts.

Anyway yeah I just think aliens are far older and more advanced biological beings.

Our future tech will also seem magic and godly, like the aliens' tech and capabilities seem magic and godly to us right now.

What is Q people? Are you referring to LGBTQ people? My thoughts on them are, go ahead and enjoy themselves. The gay community (etc.) is quite harmless. I'm not worried about the larger picture of civilization crumbling or whatever lol, just because of same-sex couples.

Heck the Romans and Greeks were indulgent in same-sex relationships and they had a good long run lol.

Re: Political extremism: I think it's a unique time-period, politics is making everyone crazy.

November has mid-term elections (in the US) so I'm hopeful that a wave of newly elected Democrats will help restore some balance in all the insanity.

The world will be less crazy after the November elections.
