Strange series of paranormal events in the skies at Cauca's Valley in 2017 and 2018

Dear Readers,

A series of extremely rare celestial phenomena have occurred in the western Andean region of Colombia, South America. The events we are going to refer on this thread have not been identified in nature or possible cause neither by authorities Nor any experts that have analyzed the video recordings taking by many observers and pursued ulterior legal investigation.

Since they diversity of the phenomena is large it has been very difficult to me to determine in which ATS forum it is more appropriate to open this post, the materials have connection with UFO phenomena but also with Marian apparitions.

Some of the events look like possible meteoroid events, or asteroids explosions, but others are absolutely not connected with them, two in particular have all the characteristics classically attributed to supernatural apparitions like the ones occurred in Fatima, Guadalupe, Akita, Garabandal or Medjugorje.

I can not explain what they actually are but I suspect chances are that there is no scientific explanation to all what is on films, so I suggest discretion in to judge them, what I am sure if that this is not any material that can be produced through digital image processing. The films are video recordings taken with cellular phones and the quality of the images reveal that they can not be professional work of any image editor, but actual real films of something pretty unusual.

- A shining point of light in the sky of at Santiago de Cali on January 1st of 2017, several times stronger in luminescence than any star.

- June of 2017, Incredible sequence of rendezvous between ufos flying at night over the Cauca's Valley and causing a major explosion in the air with strong echo wave.

- November 17 of 2017, ufo sighting over the city of Santiago de Cali, a dark spheric silhouette flying in the sky at the sunset.

Finally, what is already considered one of the most intriguing as well as spectacular Marian apparitions ever registered on films from all around the world, happened in the skies of Buga la Grande City in the central portion of the Cauca's valley by February of this year 2018 to very humble people:

This apparition is supported in witnesses and cellular video filming that last 20 minutes, who referred that there were thunders in the instants of this phenomenon.

Neither the Bishop Nor the Holy See have expressed any opinion about the events occurred in this city that is located few miles from a major Catholic Sanctuary, the most important of Colombia, located in the city of Buga.

The region is not strange to paranormal phenomena that has been traditionally associated with religious mysteries, for instance the city of Guadalajara de Buga has the only major Basilica of Colombia, one of the very few of Latin America.

This important temple was built in the XIX century to keep an image of the a Christ Crucified that it is believed was not made by human hands but miraculously appeared on the Guadalajara River by the year 1550 to a humble Colombian Native aborigine woman, who survived doing laundry in the river, in a sort of Colombian version of the Bizantine Camulia legend.

The lady wished so much to buy a very expensive crucifix of the ones artistically made in Quito carved in wood, but when she finally saved enough money to buy it one of her neighbors, a man with family, was imprisoned due to unpaid debt and when he was sent to jail she decided to use the money to pay releasing him. Few days after this happened she miraculously found in the water a crucifix made of the same materials of the riverbed, that was just the size of her hand. She kept it and in few weeks this object grew up to the size of a human being breaking the chest she put it in.

The Lord of Miracles Basilica is today considered one of the most important Sanctuaries of the Americas since the number of miracles that have been produced and medically certified there along almost five centuries of popular devotion is overwhelming.

On April of 2018 a mysterious apparition of a enlightened human silhouette of who appears to be praying on her knees looking at the Christ at day hours occurred in the main altar of the Basilica was recorded by the security cameras of the temple:

Not so far to the southwest of Buga and to the west of Cali, on the high lands over the Cali Farallones, one of the highest points of the Western Colombian Andes, at about 12000 ft over the sea level, next to small river water fall still surrounded by jungle territory is located another important Sanctuary where also in the XVI century it was registered the only Marian apparition officially accepted by the Holy seen to have taken place in Colombia: The lady of the Mountain of El Queremal, also called the Lady of remedies.

The image of the lady of Queremal is a human size statue made on strong Quartz stone that it is believed appeared inside a cave next to the water stream around 1580 and at some point of the XVII century was transported by the spaniards from the Jungle it was found to the city of Cali, where right now is located in an altar of the Church of La Merced.

Maria Jose Ordonez Ceballos is a very old lady that lives very close to the place of the apparition, she was interviewed in 2010 by a journalist and she looked still extraordinary vital at her 110 years of age, something that may sound strange for our standards but it is part of the rare almost miracolous wonders that occur in that natural sanctuary of Colombia.

ETA- Video #3 seems very suspicious when the alleged explosion and noises come in they sound canned and too immediate to me but I’m no expert.

this is really a mixed bag, there is some CGI here, some stationary objects that look like venus, skydivers and finnaly real UFOs! (those spotlight videos)

Dont forget the timelines and the times of the various meteor showers.
For some odd reason they seem to coincide.

Yeah, the first 2 you tube links are obviously most likely Venus. The last two links, which are of the same image, look trippy as, but are clearly fake.

Everything between that is kinda interesting. Maybe meteorites, or even some kind of military operation... who knows?

Hi, I appreciate the observations given to the videos, I agree that it is a mixed bag of rare events that take time and patience to analyze deeply, how ever I am not convinced of the existence of fake images on the films. I think it is possible that some of them though are strange astronomical or meteorological phenomena.

Have you already seem the video of the supposed apparition of the Virgin Mary at Buga la Grande?

Any possible explanation about the so defined figure of a woman floating in the sky with amazing synchronicity of the motions of her veil with the effect of the winds on the surrounding clouds, and the reflections of the thunders?

It does not look as any computer animation I have seen before, since the quality of her color and shadows does not differ at all with the one of the sky around her, it has actual perspective degradation of color that correspond what we can expect a lens must show about an object at such a distance.

That one surpass in realism the images of the apparition of Mary in the roof of a church at El Cairo, from 1950s, that was for decades the most convincing one ever.

How about the strange lightened angel or phantom looklike silhouette praying in the front of the Basilica of Buga when there was actual people around?

Now talking about light objects, here it is another one of look like ufos that are not only shinning in the sky but projecting a rounded shadow that only could be produced if they are real, filmed from the window of an airplane traveling from Santiago de Cali to Bogota in 2014.

That is the internal lights within the aircraft reflecting in the window. The person filming likely knew this and is simply playing on this fact. The question is why are some people so taken in by such footage. I get that is is a mindset but seriously people come on!

I Think you must check more carefully what you are trying to critisize before to go in a hurry and claim something that does not appear as certain as you state. It appears to me that you are confusing refraction or diffraction with reflection.

First at all, if these lights would be mere reflections in the window from objects or sources inside the airplane a lot of other things must appear mirrored on it too, as for instance the image or at least the silhouette of the person with the camera too, and that is not clearly the case, nothing else appears "reflected" on that window apart those two objects, if we trust you.

Second, there is a very clear and defined oval shadow of at least one of the round objects over a cloud that is to the bottom of the window, visible at the instant 1 min 7 seconds of the video.

Moreover, that elliptical shadow elongates in direction opposed to the horizon, sloped from the apparent position of one of the lights, in a way that suggest it is caused by the sun located in the extreme left coming from behind the objects projecting it in angle that no light inside the airplane can reach.

Third, No source power can produce any shadow going outward the windows of the airplane in that so defined manner, and angle, something like that only can be projected by a major external source of light somewhere in the sky.

That shadow debunks completely your claim and shows the two objects, what ever they can be, are really floating located in front of the airplane. I think No drone can fly at such height and why with lights turned on in day hours?

That "shadow" is most likely the shadow of the plane. And it is not oval. Seems pretty obvious that these are just reflections. If there really were UFO's flying alongside this plane then where are all the passengers going "OMG" etc. No one says a word. Why do you think that is?
