This was clearly spelled out. She was let off an indictment, but she still committed the crime.

The Comey didnt recommend criminal charges against sHillary, no. He also was helping a partisan witch hunt to obstruct a legally elected government employee with the resources of the FBI. Thats not cool man. Bummer right?

So his recommendation not file charges against Cluntun is in question in my eyes. It will be until the investigations into this very matter are resolved.

So if 12 Russians were involved in hacking during the election, should nothing be done? No one says Trump or his administration was involved, why get up in arms over these indictments? Mueller is going to find stuff during his investigation.. why are some of you against his team filing indictments... weird. Unless you are cool with the Russians hacking during the election? If Mueller finds proof of wrongdoing, should he do NOTHING?

US law does not apply to them.

Russia law does.

They have not broken any Russian law.

They stay free, as do all of the US, Canada, Australian, Cuban and Portuguese spies and citizens.

Hi.

Regardless of who thinks who's guilty of what, many including Mueller are looking over the single basic IT fact about the emails.

They were removed from the server with a portable storage device, most likely a USB flash drive or USB hard drive. The speed at which they were transferred almost completely rules out hacking via internet. They were transferred off the server at 20 to 25 megabytes per second, that speed is most likely not possible from DNC HQ to even cloud based storage locally.

Best theory from FireEye is that the files were removed from the server via USB device then shared out to other parties.

2 best case scenarios in my mind;

1 of the 2 whistleblowers who turned over mountains of evidence including documents and hard drives to the FBI which were promptly ignored by Comey and Strozk.

Still strange that people want to defend Hillary and DNC when they've not turned over the server to the FBI. How could charges even be filed without this not being in evidence boggles the mind.

Yea right the Russians did it, a GRU agent walked into DNC HQ, copied the files onto a USB stick and then sent them over their home internet connection to GRU HQ. /end sarc/
