i didn't lost anything. i'm german. you will see someday, that you are wrong. 'i've seen thousends of russian bots entering german newspaper forums, there are real, and they are sort of organiced.

The amount of trash Burns spreads, is almost as if he is a Russian....He calls everyone a liar, even when they are telling the truth....There is much denial there.

He will NEVER see he is wrong.

You are correct. The Russians used bots, and PEOPLE to sway votes, along with hacking and other "sophisticated methods" trump won three swing states by less than a quarter of a million people. About 80,000 votes in each state. Far from a land slide. and he lost the popular vote by millions.

All the Russians had to do is sway less than a quarter of a million votes. These people will tell you there is NO WAY that happened. I find it very likely it did. These same people who defend everything trump, are the exact same people pushing PIZZAGATE and Uranium One....Uranium One WAS investigated. Nothing was found...The Clinton Foundation was under investigation twice NOTHING WAS FOUND...These investigations cost the tax payers MILLIONS, and turned up NOT ONE INDICTMENT! The Russia investigation has turned up.....Once again...

10 indictments, involving 33 people, 3 business. It has 5 guilty pleas, two upcoming CRIMINAL COURT CASES, and one person in prison...Who should be there, he was tampering with witnesses!

Oh, and Obama WARNED trump about Flynn.

There is EVERYTHING to be said, about the company you keep!

Yes, that is right.

Go ahead, try to tell him how to conduct his foreign policy.

He'd possibly laugh at you, but certainly ignore you. He is President. Your role in that stops at electing him. The ball is now in his court, to conduct the US diplomatically in accordance with his agenda.

MAGA

according to him, he could shoot someone and you wouldn't care. HE literally mocked you.

The IG report that showed no evidence of bias affecting the Clinton email investigation?

You should re-read pages 421-434. Because the IG states Bias was prevalent, and then goes on to discuss how the txt messages commited various violations of FBI statues and was never disciplined ; Showing Bias at higher levels.

That's just it. There is proof of bias. However nothing to provide evidence to that bias. It's all but impossible to prove, thus Strzok acting like an eight year old in the hot seat yesterday.

So how can Meuller even file an indictment without forensic evidence?

Those disk drives need to hashed and DD'd and then there is a step by step process for creating a court proceeding when it comes to technology

This case is going nowhere

Remember the first batch of Russian indictments, when one of the defendants showed up in court to plead "Not Guilty"?

Mueller's team was completely unprepared. Clearly, they were not expecting to actually try any of those cases.

This time, they appear to have done a better job of selecting defendants who will not actually show up to defend themselves.

The same Obama that publicly agreed to help Russia once he's out of office? That Obama? The same one who said to Romney that Russia wasn't a threat..in so many words?

You don't get it do you?

Hence the reason I said these indictments were throw away indictments. Russian law prevents them from extraditing Russian citizens to a foreign country. Given the russians indicted are russian military officers further reinforces the fact not one of them is going to be arrested and because of no arrests there wont be anyone to challenge the evidence used to obtain the indictments.

So we will have indictments claiming russians hacked the servers but since there wont be any court proceedings the SC doesnt have to support its claim.

Grand jury's and the way they operate is why its easy to obtain an indictment.

Well you might see a pattern here: Nixon, Reagan and Trump are the most hated recent Republican Presidents that catch the most vitriol. They also happen to be the most Moderate Republicans well, since Ike who was more of a refined diplomat than moderate but he really didn’t make waves just fostered capitalism and good will as American businesses supplied the rebuild of Western Europe destroyed in WW2.

Right. As long as they stay in Russia.
There are 192 countries in which they will be arrested.

I just heard that Devin Nunez wrote a letter in 2014 warning President Obama that Russians were attempting to infiltrate the US system. Barack Obama said that it could not happen in America.

BHO COLLUSION?

For those who arent familiar with grand jury's. In general -

It is made up of everyday people (numbers vary by state / need / etc).
It is run by the prosecuting attorney.
People who are subpoenaed by a grand jury are not allowed to have a lawyer present during the hearing.
There is no judge to hear objections / issues.
The prosecuting attorney controls what witnesses appear and what questions are asked.
The prosecuting attorney can prevent people from testifying by not issuing a subpoena for them.
The prosecuting attorney can prevent evidence from being reviewed by not bringing it up.
Grand jury members can ask questions to witnesses but I dont believe its common.

Finally all grand jury proceedings are restricted / sealed / secret.

All the grand jury members hear is what the prosecutor wants them to hear. They then decide, based off of what they hear, to issue an indictment ore return a no bill (no indictment).

This is why they say a grand jury can indict a ham sandwich.

Prosecutors are supposed to act ethically in this area to present the facts in their entirety. If they dont and it goes to trial usually the defense presents witnesses or evidence that destroys the prosecutions case.

For instance indicting russians and then having some of those russians actually go to court to answer the charges, throwing the SC for a loop because they cant support the indictments.

Oh, and Obama WARNED trump about Flynn.

and we are now finding out the FBI agents who interviewed Flynn said he didnt lie. We found out Sally Yates / Strzok and McCabe altered the 302's to make it appear Flynn did lie.

It is why the judge, even though flynn took a plea, order discovery on the defendants behalf. If you take a plea you waive your right to discovery. Because of the allegations and the way the SC / Obama admin people involved in this have behaved the judge took the extraordinary step he did by ordering discovery.

Strzok was one of the agents who interview Flynn. The second agent who was present has been walled off from providing testimony to Congress by the DOJ/FBI leadership.

There are 192+/- countries who cooperate with / members of interpol and recognize red flags however some of those countries have ignored red flags in the past or arrested and then refused to extradite based on the initial extradition hearing.

We will not see these Russian military officers arrested / extradited.

Absent a judge issuing an order and sending US Marshall's to secure the server we wont ever see the technical info in its entirety. We get to see just what crowdstrike released in their report claiming russia hacked it.

I would be shocked if that server is even around anymore. The way the Clinton campaign destroyed electronics I would imagine the server is busted into millions of tiny fragments by now. Dont forget the Democratic caucus server dealing with the Awan case went missing from the Capital police evidence facility.
