I'm the furthest thing from a rich elitist, hell I havent even been in a position to much cultivate a social life in the slightest for some time now, so I cant speak to such scenes. But id expect about every major city has such. Tampa has one I've heard of in more recent years, that you dont even have to be wealthy to get in there. I doubt they serve up buffets of minors in there lol. But I'm sure some of the local sickies have passed thru there. It just goes without saying.

Then again Tampa also has yacht clubs. Where there are yacht marinas with their own big shot bars built right into their respective gated communities. Boat hoppin parties yacht to yacht. No cops around. Serious Big Pimpin scenes. I'd look in places look that just as fast if bent on trying to infiltrate and uncover dirty rich old men trying to bang little gold digger girls or whatever. Yet it isnt to say those neighborhoods are 'pedo scenes' either. That such spots surely exist doesnt set my hair on fire. Surely such spots exist everywhere there are people, money and coastlines.
