This is a fascinating look into Neon's mind. The man seems to be incredibly frustrated, judging from the long-ass rant, unless it's just Alex Jones-style hand-wringing for show. I haven't read his blog much but I always thought he seemed classy, at least, with the fashwave ａｅｓｔｈｅｔｉｃｓ and the anti-degeneracy talk. But, sad to see, he's been mesmerized by Q. Or, more likely, it's just easier for him to be a passive recipient of Q's message, instead of thinking for himself or writing more screenplays. Neon should serve as a warning to any would-be ideologue; don't outsource your thinking to the political establishment, or to people you don't even know. What can Neon hope to accomplish in his life when he spends his days trying to decipher the same rehashed riddles over and over again, instead of actually developing his own ideas and trying to communicate his OWN message to people? A mind is a terrible thing to waste.

He is frustrated to be sure as we all are at one point or another. You said yourself you liked him and thought he was classy to some extent. It seems to me to judge him on a period of weakness is "bad form".

Well I don't know, honestly I've barely read anything at all by him. I just like the appreciation for western values and culture. But you're right, I'm judging him too easily, I haven't looked into his stuff nearly as much as I've looked into Q.
