If the '4' refers to the number of days Q was absent in the first instance, and the '20' refers to the number of days Q was absent in the third instance, then the '3' in the second instance ought to refer to the same thing. Thus, shouldn't it be 4, 3, 20, and not 4, 10, 20?

Israel hasn't done much bombing in Syria lately, so #1 is unlikely. (The southern front has totally collapsed, and soon everything south of Damascus will be back under government control, except for the area around the US base in al-Tanf.)
