When you or anyone can show the actions you think directly effected the investigation that were based on any bias you just jump right in with that because Horowitz couldn't find it and he looked for months and months. He was as a matter of fact assigned just that duty. Find out what strzok did to inhibit or hinder or exculpate any part of the investigstion.
I mean if you think you can do a better job than Horowitz.
