1. jones has been arrested on multiple occasions in the past, according to Los Angeles County Records. She’s been arrested twice for loitering for prostitution, and has also been convicted of prostitution in a third instance. Additionally, she has been arrested for vandalism, as well as for criminal threats, as well. These arrests began as early as 2011, when Jones was in her early twenties, and have continued through to 2017. This arrest will be her sixth.
Borjas added that Jones also tried to attack her when she tried to help Rodriguez, using “the same rock” that she had been using on Rodriguez. Borjas apparently was able to take a picture of the woman as she walked away, and as she was doing so the men returned to beat Rodriguez further. Mendoza later told news channel KTLA-TV that he couldn’t believe anyone would do that to an elderly man. “How can you hurt a 92-year-old man? What kind of threat does he pose to you, for you to do this to him?” He said. “That’s why we’re still in shock, as you can see he’s badly injured.”

There is a serious problem and we in the USA aren’t willing to talk about it. 13% of the population commits over 50% of all crime. Yeah, yeah, slavery, incomes inequality, no jobs, whitey, the excuses are growing tiresome.

Define crime?
A more accurate statement would be that 13% of the population make up 40% of the prison population, with the vast majority of that being for drug charges.

Actually your numbers are wrong.
Men do most of the crime so its 7 1/2%
Then ages 18 to 35 so it's more like 3%
