When i joined i thought it was more like for conspiracies, not just aliens or ghosts. Actually ghosts seems very specific, why not Norway trolls or other things like that?

This is a right-wing echo chamber.

We had eight years of FEMA camps and gun grabbing conspiracies but, suddenly, a 'billionaire' Republican is in charge and Big Brother is no longer a threat.

It's the nature of divisive politics though. Just days after Trump was elected Republican voters suddenly, and miraculously, felt better about the economy. He was still months away from being in office but, to Trump supporters, the economy was immediately better.

The downside, as with every Republican win, is that gun sales plummeted.

Just for kicks, let’s see how “Donald Trump” stacks up to “Extraterrestrials”, since “Aliens” could be used in the immigration sense.

“Donald Trump” registers 44.8K! Nearly FIVE TIMES the amount of references on ATS to “Extraterrestrials”.



I believe this theory stands: ATS is more focused on political conspiracies than others.
