It might be true it might be false, but whatever it is its gonna boost the morale of 'insurgents' 'terrorists 'enemy combatants' etc
isnt the guy who made this comment osama bin ladens 'spiritual adviser' ?
if so why is he saying this?.
regardless, tens of thousands more people WILL DIE whether they are troops/insurgents or civilians, war = death, i just hope an exit stratgey is formed as quickly as possible.

Not that I'm complaining, but the lack of a blizzard of attacks outside of Iraq makes it increasingly hard to take these guys seriously.

Yeah, yeah, I know complacency is never a good idea in a war, and we already know these guys can bite.

But it was easy to attack us when we weren't defending ourselves.

I think its easy to say comments like that because your not soldiers, it reminds me when bush said 'bring em on' the US army is not invincible, there are US deaths everyday at the hands of insurgents, each month is becoming bloodier then the last, if you look at the estimates of iraqi insurgents compared to troops you might get a little worried.

Yeah....I suspect they are just trying to do what terrorists do - instill terror.

estimates of what? that the us has a higher death count then the insurgents?

who are you kidding?

you forget that if they had the ability to wipe us out they would.

we already have the power to kill all of them. they have no problem with killing innocent people, we do. and they alrady proved most likely to do it.

so how can you ever say that they could possibly win? they are already defeated, because all it takes is for US Central Command to say enough is enough "take em all out" and the millions of syrians, iranians, and iraqis are dead.

there are more iraq insurgents then there are US troops, not to mention all the foriegn fighters jumping the border to grab a piece of the action,
but you have to admit our troops are no more then sitting ducks, i dont like it either but i accept it, even the pentagon have said they are supprised by the amount of resistance there is.
