I use to drink mine black, then i discovered bulletproof coffee, because I fast till noonish.

2tsp butter
little vanilla extract
1tsp of coconut oil

Its actuallly really really good......and provides a nice energy spike

Might want to check your local laws before you donate. A guy in the US was generous to a lesbian couple, went through IVF and everything. He even got a release document from them. But when they went to get government assistance, the state came back on the generous donor with a large bill for back support. Apparently he couldn't just sign away his responsibility to support the child...

Thinking on though I think the gay folk I know tend to be pretty hard. Hardest bloke I ever met "gay john" blimey he had it tough coming out while in the Army he never backed down and we'll I never saw him lose a fight (employed him in me pub).

Coconut oil in coffee is awesome.. but 2tspn of butter?

you'd need to constantly stir it to stop it forming a sludge lol Add some turmeric and black pepper though. Spicy coffee.
